Doesn’t work

Newest version of app installed and running on 10.11.4. When you open it and sign into Netflix and choose a video, all you get then is a blank screen and no sound… no video plays.
Left inquiry for developer… no one seems to want to respond. This thing doesn’t work… so how do i get a refund?
